Delete your TourLore account

In the app

1. Open TourLore and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Review what will be erased, then tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm with Delete.

Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out on every device.

Without the app

1. Email founder@tourlore.co from the address you use to sign in to TourLore.
2. Use the subject “Delete my TourLore account” (the button below fills it in for you).
3. We'll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account and profile, including your sign-in details
• Your interests and learned preferences
• Your planning and companion chats
• Every tour and trip you've built, with its narration audio
• Your plan usage and billing history with us
• App usage analytics linked to your account (PostHog)
• Offline tours downloaded on the device you delete from (in-app deletion only)

What we keep, and for how long

• Copies in our AI-monitoring (Langfuse) and error-reporting (Sentry) logs aren't deleted on request; they expire automatically within 90 days.
• Usage analytics the app sent before you first signed in on a device are anonymous and not linked to your account, so they may remain in PostHog.
• Cached copies of narration audio on our delivery network can persist for a while after deletion, until they're evicted. Narration audio is about places and contains no personal data.
• Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases you made through the App Store or Google Play, under their own privacy policies. Our billing provider's (RevenueCat) record of them is deleted shortly after your account.
• Data we must keep for legal reasons is kept only as long as the law requires.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings first, or you may keep being charged.
